Hi!  I am Trevor Howell, a local top producing realtor of Bossier City, Shreveport and surrounding areas with over 8.5 years experience in residential real estate and investment real estate sales. As an active member of National Association of Realtors I currently hold Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designations and have helped hundreds of families in our local area sell their properties for TOP DOLLAR (including all of Tiburon!). As an Air Force Aircraft Mechanic of 6 Active Duty and 8+ in the Reserve component (and counting) I understand how to deal with the challenges, pressures and tight deadlines as it pertains to selling property. I also am a local landlord/investor with most of my holdings in Bossier City. I helped put this newsletter together for you, the residents of both Tiburon and Village of Tiburon, to provide FREE detailed information that I hope you find valuable.
